At Fast Graphic Design, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your final design, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided you have given us the opportunity to revise your project.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of final file delivery.
- Clients must complete the two free revision rounds included in their package.
- The final design must substantially fail to meet the original project brief.
Intellectual Property
If a refund is approved, all rights to the design, files, and concepts revert to Fast Graphic Design. You may not use, share, or display any refunded work. Violation of this policy will void the refund and require payment for services rendered.
Non-Refundable Items
- Rush or expedited delivery fees
- Custom work or scope changes outside the original package
- Services where final files have been approved or used publicly
How to Request a Refund
- Email info@fastgraphicdesign.co.uk with your order number and a summary of your concerns.
- Our team will review your request and confirm that all revision options have been used.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow your bank an additional 5-10 days for the credit to appear.
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to work with us on revisions. Your package includes:
- 2 rounds of free revisions
- Direct communication with the design team
- Multiple design concepts to choose from
Refund Conditions
Refunds are available if:
- The request is made within 30 days of purchase
- You have provided clear feedback about your concerns
- We've had the opportunity to address your issues through revisions
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Custom work beyond the scope of the original project brief
- Rush or expedited delivery fees
- Services provided more than 30 days ago
