1. General Terms
By using Fast Graphic Design’s website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities
- We deliver graphic design services as described in each package.
- Delivery times are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and asset submission.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client responses.
3. Payment Terms
- All services require upfront payment before work begins.
- Payments are accepted via Stripe and other methods shown at checkout.
4. Revisions
- Each package includes a set number of revision rounds.
- A revision round is a single communication with all requested changes.
- Additional revision rounds may incur extra fees.
5. Intellectual Property & Warranty
- Ownership: Full copyright and usage rights transfer to the client upon final payment.
- Portfolio Use: We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
- Client Warranty: Clients must ensure all provided content does not infringe third-party rights.
- Refund Clause: If a refund is issued, all rights to the design revert to Fast Graphic Design.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Design work often starts immediately after payment.
- Cancellations must be requested before work begins.
- Once work has started, cancellations are non-refundable except as covered by our Money-Back Guarantee.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Clients agree to indemnify Fast Graphic Design against legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from use of the final design or supplied content.
