1. General Terms

By using Fast Graphic Design’s website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities

• We deliver graphic design services as described in each package.
• Delivery times are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and asset submission.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client responses.

3. Payment Terms

• All services require upfront payment before work begins.
• Payments are accepted via Stripe and other methods shown at checkout.

4. Revisions

• Each package includes a set number of revision rounds.
• A revision round is a single communication with all requested changes.
• Additional revision rounds may incur extra fees.

5. Intellectual Property & Warranty

• Ownership: Full copyright and usage rights transfer to the client upon final payment.
• Portfolio Use: We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
• Client Warranty: Clients must ensure all provided content does not infringe third-party rights.
• Refund Clause: If a refund is issued, all rights to the design revert to Fast Graphic Design.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Design work often starts immediately after payment.
• Cancellations must be requested before work begins.
• Once work has started, cancellations are non-refundable except as covered by our Money-Back Guarantee.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Clients agree to indemnify Fast Graphic Design against legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from use of the final design or supplied content.
